💰 Richtlijnen voor tarieven – Punto Huntu

Bij Punto Huntu werken we met een helder en eerlijk prijsmodel. Zo weet je precies waar je aan toe bent – geen verrassingen, geen verborgen kosten.

✅ Basisvergoeding

Voor elke succesvolle plaatsing hanteren wij:

➡️ 1 bruto maandsalaris van de geplaatste kandidaat
➡️ Voor functies op minimumloonniveau geldt een vast tarief van XCG 375,-

⚠️ Bij minimumloonfuncties is geen begeleiding tijdens het matchproces inbegrepen.

✔️ Wat is inbegrepen?

• Voorselectie op basis van diploma's, ervaring en persoonlijkheidsprofiel

• Kosteloos voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten

• Vacatureplaatsing op onze website en sociale media

• Begeleiding tot aan plaatsing (alleen bij standaardplaatsingen)

• Geen match = geen kosten

🔁 Terugbetaling bij uitval in proeftijd

• Bij standaardplaatsingen (1 maandsalaris):
  👉 Bij uitval tijdens de proeftijd vervalt het tweede betalingsdeel (50%)

• Bij minimumloontarieven (XCG 375):
  👉 Geen terugbetaling of verrekening mogelijk

Wilt u meer inzicht of ondersteuning in het selectieproces? Dan kunt u kiezen voor:

📊 Assessment (capaciteiten of potentieel) → vanaf XCG 750
🎯 Loopbaancoaching voor kandidaat → vanaf XCG 295

Deze diensten zijn optioneel en worden altijd vooraf besproken.

We overleggen altijd vooraf over het tarief – transparant en afgestemd op jouw wensen.

💡 Waarom 1 maandsalaris?

We geloven dat een goede match zichzelf terugbetaalt. Door te werken met 1 maandsalaris als richtlijn, blijft de investering overzichtelijk en in verhouding tot de waarde die een duurzame plaatsing oplevert.

💰 Pricing Guidelines – Punto Huntu

At Punto Huntu, we use a clear and fair pricing model. That way, you always know where you stand – no surprises, no hidden costs.

✅ Standard Fee

For every successful placement, we apply the following:

➡️ 1 gross monthly salary of the hired candidate
➡️ For minimum wage positions, a fixed fee of XCG 375,- applies

⚠️ Please note: minimum wage placements do not include personal support during the placement process.

✔️ What's included:

• Pre-selection based on diplomas, experience, and personality profile

• Free presentation of suitable candidate(s)

• Job posting on our website and social media

• Personal guidance up to the moment of placement (only for standard placements)

• No match = no fee

🔁 Refund Policy – Trial Period

• For standard placements (1 monthly salary):
  👉 If the collaboration ends during the trial period, the second 50% of the fee is not invoiced.

• For minimum wage placements (XCG 375):
  👉 No refund or credit applies in case of early termination.
